These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Notiwork application ("Notiwork") provided by Notimation ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using Notiwork, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Notiwork.
- 1. Access Permissions
- 1.1 Notiwork requires access permissions to the Drive of your enterprise Gmail account for the purpose of creating files to store onboarding data. Additionally, permissions are requested to facilitate the sharing of documents between users within the same company through Drive. Users must provide these permissions manually to allow Notiwork access to their account.
- 2. Data Collection and Storage
- 2.1 During the onboarding process, Notiwork collects personal information, including but not limited to name, document number, gender, avatar file, birthday date, phone, email, professional background description, CV, and bank information. This information is stored in Notiwork's APIs and may be shared with LivePerson APIs.
- 3. Installation
- 3.1 Notiwork is available for installation in the Google Workspace Marketplace.
- 4. Encryption Methods
- 4.1 Notiwork employs encryption methods to ensure the security and protection of user data.
- 5. User Responsibilities
- 5.1 Users are responsible for granting and managing access permissions to their Google Drive account.
- 5.2 Users are encouraged to follow recommended security protocols and guidelines provided by Notiwork.
- 6. Limitation of Liability
- 6.1 To the extent permitted by law, Notiwork and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of or inability to use Notiwork.
- 7. Modifications to Terms
- 7.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Notiwork website, and your continued use of Notiwork constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
- 8. Termination
- 8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Notiwork at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
- 9. Governing Law
- 9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina.
